My favorite China>Rider EVER. Billy goes insane. The transition jam is beyond description.

Can't go wrong...it's a great show, and I'm not even a big fan of '74.

i have to admit i'm not nearly as familiar with this as 2/23 or 2/24...for whatever reason its one of the few shows in '74 that i haven't gotten around to listening to very closely. i think i need to make time for this tonight...

A nice little run in Winterland. I have a preference for the 24th, but it's all good. Just listening to Eyes - really, really joyful.

It's got a great Dark Star, and a really great setlist, but for some reason I've never been as wild about this show as most people. Last time I listened to it was almost exactly 2 years ago when I had to drive from St Louis to Kansas City. I'd been meaning to get around to it after it's anniversary and figured with a 4+ hour drive it would be a good time. We left out around 11 pm and got in around 3, perhaps that explains why I wasn't as into the show as most, maybe I was tired.

This run is smelling like a box set release or at the very least, a Road Trips Release

Anything short of a 9 disk boxed set of this three-night stand would be a travesty!

And as a bonus disk, the second set jam from the mediocre Reno show on 5/12/74...

It's true, you cannot cut any of this material.

Yep. I have been able to accept how all the material for the RTs has been handled thus far (although i don't get the subscription bonus disc), but to cut this one up would be devastating. Three shows that go from excellent to outstanding to unreal.
